There are 7 Cowes Houses; being 5 newly-renovated, spacious, Victorian houses, and 2 contemporary design new build houses overlooking the Solent. The Houses sleep between 8 to 14 people per house All but the Cowes House 5 are located centrally within West Cowes, and are within easy walking distance of the High Street, the Yacht Haven, the Red Jet passenger and car ferries from Southampton and the yacht clubs, pubs and restaurants that Cowes has to offer. The Cowes House 5 is just over the river in East Cowes. All Cowes Houses are perfect for yacht crews or for holiday/weekend rentals; they are all decorated and furnished to the highest standards and all have fully equipped fitted kitchens leading out to large gardens with outside eating areas. The Cowes House and the Cowes House Too are located directly opposite each other on a residential road so are ideal for accommodating large groups of up to 30 people. All Cowes Houses come complete with bedding, towels, tea/coffee and bills. All bookings are subject to the completion of a booking form and the payment of a refundable damage deposit.
