The Cowes House is a newly renovated Victorian house with 5 bedrooms arranged over 4 floors which can sleep up to 15 people.

There are two living rooms each with wooden floors, sofas, bean bags, tv, video/dvd player and CD-player/stereo; a large wood fitted kitchen and eating area with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, gas hob/oven etc; two modern bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet/washroom; and a large garden with two patios, a barbeque and a patio heater for outside entertaining.

Situated in West Cowes, it is within easy walking distance of Cowes High Street, the Yacht Haven, the Red Jet passenger ferry from Southampton and the yacht clubs, pubs and restaurants that Cowes has to offer.

There is unrestricted car-parking on the road outside the houses.
